Michael Piazza is a food, portrait and lifestyle photographer and director based in Boston, Massachusetts. Originally from California, Michael studied Art History and Film before moving to New York City and finding his passion for still photography. He combined his love for cooking with making pictures and began shooting cookbooks early in his career.

In addition to being a freelance photographer and director, Michael Piazza is the Chief Photographer and Creative Director of Edible Boston magazine. He is an American Photography 40 winner.
